About the Artist

Rui is a Singapore-based artist whose lifelong fascination with sculpture and form began in early childhood. What started as a natural exploration grew into a dedicated practice and in 2019, she established Tinysnips. Through her original designs, Rui captures the quiet beauty of everyday moments and familiar objects, inviting others to experience the joy of making miniatures by hand. Her work creates space for viewers to pause, play and reconnect with traditions that are quietly fading.
