At Tinysnips, we strive to provide products that are of premium quality and craftsmanship. To guarantee a unique piece for you, our creations are not mass produced but completely handmade from scratch, from idea generation, all the way to its creation. To express our love for the handmade, we do not use any big machinery. No matter how arduous the process is, we oversee each design from beginning to end.
A majority of our techniques are created from years of experimentation and practice. Every piece is a display of our experience, passion, and skill. If you would like to support us on our maker’s journey or simply love all things handmade and craft, why not commission a miniature with us?

To create a unique art piece that is entirely your own, simply order here with the necessary details. We will only proceed with your order once it is confirmed and when payment has been made.

To keep our usage of materials to the minimum and minimise unnecessary wastage, our creations are only designed in limited quantities or made-to-order through custom commissions.

Yes, we might upload pictures of your custom orders on our socials and website. If it is meant to be a gift, please let us know beforehand.
Working with Tinysnips
Would Tinysnips be interested in collaborating with my brand?
Yes, we would be interested in working on a project together! We not only have experience with creating custom orders for individuals but have also partnered up with brands like Tiong Bahru Bakery and Two Lips to create a series of miniatures specially for them. Please email to hello@tinysnips.com with your ideas and how you would like to collaborate!
When Ordering: Please order at least 1 month in advance of your desired delivery date. For example, if you would like to receive your miniature on the 1st of October, please place your order latest on the 1st of September. We will only begin work after receiving confirmation and the full payment. For items needed urgently, an additional fee may be applied.
Our Creations

1. All of our creations are handmade from scratch with a mix of high quality polymer clay and Tinysnips’s specially formulated clay. To express our love for the handmade, we do not use any store-bought moulds or stencils!
2. All of of our creations are made in limited pieces or made-to-order only.
3. As each of our unique creations are designed by hand, please expect some imperfections and understand that there may be slight differences in colour, placement and shape. A 0.1cm- 0.3cm difference in size might occur.
4. Due to the nature of its size, all of our creations are delicate and not intended for rough handling.

For hygiene reasons, all items sold are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Tinysnips will make sure everything is in mint condition before sending your package out. However, we will not be responsible for any delays, damage or loss of your package that occur during shipping. Caring Tips
Handle it with care and it will last a long time!
All of our creations are handmade and may be fragile due to its size and intricate details. Please store them properly to prevent any breakage. To keep it looking new, dip a cotton bud or the edge of a cloth into water and gently wipe off any dust on your miniature.
What not to do:
Do not eat your food miniature. It’s not real food! Haha.
Avoid submerging your miniature in water or leaving at wet places.
Avoid bending and throwing your miniature.
Delivery

Each package will come with a tracking number so you can follow your package till it arrives.
Tinysnips will make sure everything is in mint condition before sending your package out. However, we will not be responsible for any delays, damage or loss of your package that occur during shipping. If you have received the wrong item or require assistance, please email to us at hello@tinysnips.com with your purchase details. Our rates are in Singapore dollars (SGD) but we accept orders internationally and ship worldwide! Please read more in the tabs below.

SGD$15 / 10.69€ per order (By registered mail). Please understand that as a buyer, you may be subjected to custom fees within your country which is not within our control. If you have any questions or have an alternative mailing service that can provide better rates, please contact us at hello@tinysnips.com. We would be happy to use the mailing service of your choice.
Our payment mode is through Paypal (Credit/debit card payment) or Bank Transfer and all items will be charged in Singapore dollars (SGD$).
