PRODUCTION TIME AND DELIVERY
1. For orders within Singapore: delivery of SGD$3 per order.
2. For International orders, delivery of SGD$10 per order
3. All of our items are one-off pieces or have only 2-3 pieces made at one time. Items will be mailed out within 3-5 working days once payment has been received.

RETURNS
For hygiene reasons, all products sold are neither exchangeable nor refundable. If it is a customised miniature and not under any form of promotion, you may send it back to Tinysnips for repair within 3 months of purchase.
