• We will mail your order out within 2-3 working days from Singapore (Either tracked mail to mailbox or registered mail).

• For hygiene reasons, all items sold are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Tinysnips will make sure everything is in mint condition before sending your package out. Our Creations
All of our creations are handcrafted and one of a kind. As Rui hand mix the colours, sculpts and paint everything from scratch, please understand that the colour, placement and shape may vary slightly from images depicted here and a 0.1cm - 0.3cm difference might occur.

Caring Tips
Due to its size, our earrings are dainty and intricate by nature. Please store them properly in a jewellery box and avoid showering with it to prevent any damage. Handle it with care and your earrings will last a long time!

Packaging
This creation comes in a tiny kraft box with our logo. If you don’t need a box, we will only wrap it with paper for protection.
